If a new buyer purchases from a seller, the buyer has 24 hours to settle their invoice. After which point, sellers will have the option to cancel the transaction.
After successfully completing their first purchase, buyers have 3 days to pay after winning the item. We send automatic payment reminders to customers with unpaid invoices if they are outstanding past 24 hours of winning the item:
We send a reminder to pay 24 hours after they win the item.
If the customer still hasn't paid within 36 hours, we send another reminder.
If payment isn't made within 60 hours, then we send a final reminder.
If payment isn't made within the required time-frame, the seller can:
Cancel the transaction by going to their Items for Sale and clicking Actions > Mark as Canceled next to the Unpaid item. Buyers with multiple cancellations risk losing their ability to bid on items in the future.
Leave the buyer negative feedback. Buyers that receive negative feedback from you are blocked from bidding on your items again.
