Home › What if a buyer doesn't pay me?


All buyers have 24 hours to settle their invoice. After which point, sellers will have the option to cancel the transaction. This is an option and as such, you may wish to contact the buyer first.
 

If payment isn't made within the required time-frame, the seller can:

  1. Cancel the transaction by going to their Items for Sale and clicking Actions > Mark as Canceled next to the Unpaid item. Buyers with multiple cancellations risk losing their ability to bid on items in the future.

  2. Leave the buyer negative feedback. Buyers that receive negative feedback from you are blocked from bidding on your items again.
