We hope you'll be delighted with every purchase you make, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can request to return an item for full refund of the original purchase price for up to 30 days from the date of delivery, and a full refund will be processed upon return of the item in its original condition.

I’ve requested a return. What happens next?
- You’ll receive an email with specific details pertaining to your order.
- In most situations you’ll need to return the item to the seller. All returns must be shipped to the seller using a valid tracking number with 7 days of your request. As soon as tracking indicates the seller has received the package, a full refund will be processed.
- In some instances, a return shipping label may be provided.
Return shipping labels, when provided, are issued electronically. Return shipping labels expire seven (7) days after return is requested. These labels cannot be reissued if unused. If the provided shipping label is not used, you the buyer assume the cost of return shipping.
- In some instances, store credit will be issued to partially offset the cost of returning the item.
- In some instances, the full cost of return will be at the buyer's expense.

- At this time we cannot support return of items for replacement or exchange, or partial shipment of missing parts or items. Items can be returned for full refund within 30 days of delivery then repurchased in these scenarios.
A refund was processed for my order. How and when will I receive it?
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to pay for the order. We are unable to process refunds to a different card or payout method.
If you paid with PayPal:
- If you paid with either your linked bank account or PayPal balance, your payment will be refunded to your PayPal balance. Your refund will be reflected on your PayPal account within 3 to 5 business days.
- If you paid with your credit card through PayPal, the refunded amount will go back to your card as a credit. It can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
If you paid with credit card, Apple Pay or Android Pay:
- Your refund will be reflected on your credit card or bank statement within 3 to 5 business days.
- If you have trouble locating your refund we recommend contacting the card-issuing bank by calling the toll-free number on the back of your card.
