We hope you'll be delighted with every purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can request to return an item for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. A full refund of the original price paid will be processed upon return of the item in its original condition.

After requesting a return, you’ll receive an email with details. Based on several factors including your location, location of the seller, cost of the order, history of returns, and reason for the return, a return request will result in one of the following outcomes:
- You may receive an instant refund, and return will not be required.
- If you live in the United States, you may receive a free return shipping label to cover the cost of returning your item.
- If you live outside of the United States, you may receive a store credit to offset some of the cost of returning your item.
- You may assume the full cost of return shipping on your own.
If a return shipping label has been provided:
The link to your return shipping label will be included in the email you receive after requesting return.
To be eligible for refund, t Return shipping labels, when provided, can only be offered electronically and expire seven days after the return request. If you don't have access to a printer, most public libraries offer printing at low-cost or for free, or print shops can be found in many neighborhoods.
If unused, return shipping labels cannot be reissued. If a provided return shipping label is not used, you assume the full cost of return shipping on your own.
Refund will be processed automatically upon acceptance by the shipping carrier, or upon delivery if the order total was over $50. If you returned an item and have not received your refund, please contact our support team for assistance.
If a return shipping label has not been provided:
The seller's return address will be included in the email you receive after requesting return.
To be eligible for refund, visit My Orders, click and enter the shipping carrier and valid tracking number for the returned item.
The package must be scanned as accepted by the shipping carrier within 7 days of the return request.
Your refund will be processed automatically upon delivery. If you returned an item and have not received your refund, please contact our support team for assistance.
The following conditions apply:
- Daily Deal Drops are not eligible for return. If you change your mind after purchase, please see Can I get a refund on an order? for options available to you.
- We are unable to accept return requests for Tophatter Boost Packs (discounted store credit). If a refund is needed, or if any Boost Pack credits expire before you are able to use them, please contact support for refund or reissue of the credit.
- Items must be returned with a valid tracking number to be eligible for refund.
- Items must be returned to the original seller's return address, which is provided in your return request confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for items that are shipped to our offices, returned with no identifying information, or returned outside of the return process described above.
- Refunds must always be processed to the original payment method. We are unable to process refunds to a different credit or debit card, or an alternate payment method.
- If you paid with a one-time use gift card or rechargeable pre-paid card, we strongly recommend keeping the card until you are sure that you are satisfied with your purchases, as refunds must always be processed back to the original payment method.
- If you paid with PayPal using either your linked bank account or PayPal balance, your refund will be processed to your PayPal balance. Your refund will be reflected on your PayPal account within 3 to 5 business days. If you paid with your credit or debit card through PayPal, the refunded amount will go back to your card as a credit. In these instances it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement. Please contact PayPal for additional questions about your refund.
- If you pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, your refund will be processed back to the credit or debit card linked to your payment account.
- If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be reflected on your credit card or bank statement as a credit within 3 to 5 business days. If you have trouble locating your refund, please contact the card-issuing bank directly. For your convenience there is a toll-free number on the back of your card.
- We apologize, but the platform is unable to support the replacement or reshipment of items, including orders which are damaged or incomplete. Orders can be returned for full refund, and if replacement is preferred, you have the option to Search for a similar item to buy it again.
