Which shipping carriers or tracking formats are accepted?
All orders on Tophatter must ship with tracking. Only orders tracked to the point of delivery with valid tracking will be eligible for seller protection:
Starting September 14th, 2018, sellers whose majority of shipments originate in China must ship with Tophatter Express, S.F. Express or S. F. International.

- DHL Global Mail Asia
- S.F. Express
- S.F. International
- UBI Logistics Australia (Not allowed for US orders)
- Yodel Domestic (UK orders only)
- Chukouyi (US only)

- Canada Post
- China Post (Not allowed for US orders)
- German Post DHL
- Hong Kong Post
- India Post (International)

Items that cannot be tracked through to delivery will not qualify for Seller Protection.
